He was born 13 April, 1971 in Memphis, Tennessee. He was raised in Hollywood, Florida where he graduated high school in 1990. He enlisted in the Air Force and attended Basic Military Training at Lackland AFB in 1991. Upon completion of basic training, he was assigned to technical training at Chanute AFB, IL as a Fuels Specialist. After completion of training, he was reassigned to the 21st Supply Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. Shortly after arriving, he was reassigned to the 51st Supply Squadron, as a fuels storage attendant, at Osan AB, Republic of South Korea. In December 1994, MSgt Cribb was accepted for special duty assignment as a Military Training Instructor (MTI) and reported to the 320th Training Squadron, Lackland AFB, Texas. In June 1999, he was reassigned again to the 51st Supply Squadron, Osan AB, in Korea where he worked as a Fuels Supervisor. In July 2000, he was reassigned to the 36th Logistics Support Squadron, Andersen AFB, Guam. As the NCOIC of Distribution, he helped distribute time-critical Fuels Mobility Support Equipment (FMSE) to Diego Garcia after the events of September 11th. Soon after, he was reassigned to the 6th Logistics Readiness Squadron, MacDill AFB, FL, where he worked as NCOIC, Information Management within the Fuels Management division. In January 2003, he was deployed in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM. While deployed, MSgt Cribb was team leader for a forward area refueling point. He and his team were crucial in establishing the largest contingency fuels storage in aviation history. He returned in July 2003 and was reassigned to Kwang Ju AB, Republic of South Korea, as the Fuels Manager and Quality Assurance Evaluator. In June 2005, he was selected for another special duty assignment as an Air Force Enlisted Accessions Recruiter and reassigned to Tampa. In 2009, he was recommended and accepted as an Enlisted Accessions Flight Chief, Freehold, NJ. It was here that he culminated his 21 years of service to his country and retired from active duty and has been teaching JROTC for the last 3 years. MSgt Cribb’s education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Management from DeVry University, three Associates Degrees in Human Resource Management, Logistics Management, and Instructor of Technology and Military Science from the Community College of the Air Force. Additionally, he is pursuing his Masters degree in Business and he holds a Masters Certification in Professional Management. He is married to Kimberly Speight and they have 4 children, Whitney, Carrington, Skylar, and Jordan.
